• Trainee will be able to deal with customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure great imagine of company are well maintained. Be able to resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and between employees. Be able to supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Be able to be a listening ear to employees
• Trainee will oversee pricing of products to ensure all pricing set are of competitive price. Trainee will also be able to do stock take to ensure all product quantity are well recorded.
• Trainee will be able to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs/demands.
• Trainee will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Trainee will be able to develop and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. Be able to assist the director in monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets. Be able to assist in developing business management goals and objectives to help grow and prosper the business
