- Monitor and maintain fleet marine operations status.
- Attend onboard vessels to carry out surveys and investigations pertaining to vessel fuel.
- Coordinate with crews onboard, foreman, and liaise with them regarding work schedules and requirements.
- Handle port clearance matters.
- Monitor vessels' daily performance at sea to minimize delays, claims, and/or disputes.
- Calculate diesel usage from one location to another and determine the amount of diesel given to the tugboats.
- Maintain direct communication, including frequent visits with crews.
- Ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance with all international marine requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Marine) or a relevant field.
- Shore working experience with a marine surveying.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the marine/shipping industry.
- Able to travel.
