Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Support Marketing Manager for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities.
Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities in developing new businesses.
Conduct market research to identify the target customers' needs, competition, and trends to help in creating marketing strategies and plans.
Monitor marketing campaigns' progress and results to gather data to help improve performance.
Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights.
Create and update social media accounts.
Respond to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
Participate in company marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
At least 1 year of work experience in Marketing position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good organisational, time management, and project management skills.
Meticulous attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms, Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Knowledge in Creative Design software is an advantage.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment.

Working Hours:

8.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Thursday)

8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Friday)

Work Location : 5 Jalan Tepong, Singapore 619325

Transportation is provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT
