- Independently execute daily operations, including but not limited to shop management and running of SOPs targeted at improving key operational performance metrics
- Support the monitoring of key performance metrics to ensure day-to-day operations are being carried out smoothly
- Design and execute new operational processes to close existing gaps in the business or to support business growth
- Collaborate and liaise closely with both local and regional teams to resolve day-to-day issues and launch new initiatives
- Bachelor Degree in business or science or any relevant field. Diploma holder or Candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience are welcomed to apply
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, business analytics background would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated & independent individual with a strong sense of ownership over the work
- Conscientious, meticulous and has a high attention to detail
- Proactive in finding better ways to get things done
