Description

An Industrial Real Estate U.S MNC with global presence across ten countries is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their expnding team.


Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Associate will be responsible for full sets of accounts focusing on Accounts Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL) entries, month-end closing, preparation of GST, and preparing audit documentations.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree in Accounting/Finance of equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience with handson accounting
  • Experience with Yardi is a strong advantage
  • Experience with SGX listed companies is good to have
  • Experience with audit firms
