Roles & Responsibilities

Data Center Engineer

ITCS Group, a Smart IMS Company, is an IT Managed Services, Outsourcing and Talent-Sourcing company.

We provide customised IT Consulting Solutions, Project Management, IT resourcing and on/off-shore Application Development Services across the Asia Pacific region.

We are currently looking for a Data Center Engineer to analyse and report on Data Center governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Properly record and file Global Policies and Procedures received for Asia Pacific Regions.
• Monitor Active Data Center Controls, maintaining the governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for data center operations in alignment with the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Providing regular checks based on the Data Center controls set, ensuring compliance with the internal policies and regulatory requirements applicable to Data Center Operations.
• Maintain and manage the tracking system for monitoring active Data Center controls to ensure timely completion set by the Operations teams and Management.
• Creation of Process Evaluation tools for reporting, adherence to procedures and SLAs for equipment placement (ITSM), equipment disposal, and accuracy of the bank's equipment system of record (Nlyte)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in working as a data center engineer in a large skill enterprise.
• Good understanding of data center technologies as well as network and computing technologies
• Familiar with data center management tools and software

Additional Information:

• Location: HarbourFront
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
• Salary will commensurate with experience
