Job Title:
Sales Engineer (ACMV)
Responsibilities:
1) Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target.
2) To manage the existing customer base and develop new customers.
3) To study and assess drawings, plans, specifications, and other documents relating to the construction project.
4) Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required.
5) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
6) Establish and maintain strong rapport with a network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales.
7) Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, and delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers.
8) Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required.
9) Attend site meetings, and customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
10) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
- Resourceful with Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills.
- Strong communication skills
