$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location:
West

Responsibilities

Conduct Preventive Maintenance on plant utilities equipment.
Identify potential failure mode and provide preventive action.
Set out utilities equipment for maintenance and overhaul.
Upkeep all plant facilities and building equipment are in good working condition.
Monitoring of plant utilities consumption.
To liaise with contractors for servicing and repair of plant and utilities equipment.
Upkeeping of water and effluent treatment plant.

Requirements:

Minimum NTC2 in Electro mechanical or Building engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in facility equipment building maintenance is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
