Job summary
Motivate and inspire members to actively participate in centre programs conduct outreach to attract new members and perform home visits and community screenings Recruit screen train and manage volunteers facilitate befriending program matching and organize regular volunteer meetings and development sessions Build maintain partnerships with external service providers community organizations families caregivers Assist in planning implementing evaluating wellness programs activities promote healthy aging independent living provide backup facilitation as needed Support achievement of organizational objectives through feedback collection program evaluation effectiveness monitoring Manage member registration attendance tracking inquiry responses front desk operations including health screening checks documentation logs Handle invoicing fee collection cash receipting banking transactions financial record keeping Coordinate facility maintenance procure supplies maintain centre cleanliness safety standards provide logistical support for events Assist colleagues client matters manage adverse situations during operations perform other duties assigned supervisor Requirements Minimum GCE O levels preferably least At least 3 years relevant working experience healthcare settings advantageous To apply simply click apply button job advertisement alternatively send resume via email COM SG We regret inform shortlisted candidates notified ALLIED SEARCH PTE LTD EA LICENSE 19C9777
