    Description

    As a Conference Assistant Intern, you will:

    • Assist in various administrative tasks within the Conference Department
    • Coordinate and book venues for meetings and events
    • Manage catering arrangements, including finding suitable restaurants and placing food orders
    • Handle logistics for conferences, including ordering necessary materials
    • Support general office tasks as needed
    • **Opportunities for conversion to full-time

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma level education or above in Business Administration/Management
    • Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficiency in email communication
    • Must be able to work from our office
    • Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
