- Assist in various administrative tasks within the Conference Department
- Coordinate and book venues for meetings and events
- Manage catering arrangements, including finding suitable restaurants and placing food orders
- Handle logistics for conferences, including ordering necessary materials
- Support general office tasks as needed
- **Opportunities for conversion to full-time
- Diploma level education or above in Business Administration/Management
- Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in email communication
- Must be able to work from our office
- Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately.
