  • Assist on the sales activities of all brands to ensure the achievement of short and longterm business objectives.
  • Manage and track annual trade and promotion budget by customer and brand.
  • Negotiate customer trading terms and manage accounts receivables based on customer business process understanding and winwin solutions.
  • Ensure every activity is made about the longterm business relationships with the customer.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis of business achievements, opportunities and targets incorporating broad market tendency data.
  • Support the Sales Manager on business partnerships with retailers by giving recommendation, and improvement as needed to extend and develop the company's customer and profit base.
  • Maintaining retailers' databases and updating contact information
  • Sipport sales activities and forecasts incorporating market data, competitor, and opportunities analysis.
  • Support retailers in developing their business plans to ensure FineToday cosmetic and personal care products still on first level of priority.
  • Managing the Sales Merchandisers to maintain a sound knowledge of FineToday cosmetic and personal care products by assisting with the provision of, product training, product upgrade demonstrations and sales demonstrations.
  • Build and establish strong instore presence of brand/product.
  • Maintaining regular inventory records & out of stocks update for trade
  • Ensure inventory availability in distributors/customers according to the service level agreement.
  • Ensure that sales and marketing initiatives comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
  • Assisting with other adhoc on job requests

Requirements:


  • 12 years' experience for Personal Care retailer accounts or FMCG or beauty start up company
  • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
  • Team player
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Willing to work in fast pace start up
  • Excellent computer skills for MS office especially Excel
