    We are looking to hire Head of Operations, encompasses overseeing and optimizing the operational functions within a business to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include:

    Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.

    Staff Management: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as providing ongoing support and supervision to ensure team effectiveness.

    Financial Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness and profitability.

    Performance Analysis: Analyzing productivity data, assessing staffing needs, and optimizing production capacity to meet business demands.

    Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to make informed decisions and drive business growth.

    Leadership Collaboration: Working closely with company founders to align operations with overall business goals and objectives.

    Communication and Presentation: Creating and delivering presentations to communicate operational strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders.

    Process Improvement: Designing and implementing new processes and procedures to enhance quality, productivity, and profitability.

    IT Industry Experience: Possessing relevant experience in the IT industry to effectively navigate the unique challenges and requirements of technology-driven operations.

    Startup Experience (Preferred): Having experience working in a startup environment, with an understanding of the fast-paced, dynamic nature of startup operations and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
