We're looking for a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis!

Kape Technologies is seeking a skilled and strategic Group Head of FP&A to oversee the financial performance of group functions and lead long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

In this newly-established role, you'll directly report to the Group CFO and supervise a team of eight FP&A analysts located in Singapore and Israel. Your responsibilities will involve explaining variances (Actual vs. Budget), supporting business reviews, preparing trend reports, and presenting to senior management.

Continuously enhancing FP&A processes and providing leadership in analytics opportunities are key aspects of this role. Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the CFO and division managers are also crucial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Act as an internal financial consultant for critical decisions and drive profitability
Partner with stakeholders for investment option analysis
Oversee the Group's Budget, Forecast, and Planning function
Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare comprehensive financial models
Analyze past results and future outcomes for recommendations
Manage forecasting models and analyze forecast vs. actual results
Develop Key Performance Indicators for divisions
Provide guidance on financial analyses best practices
Support strategic initiatives and projects requiring FP&A expertise
