Description

**We are running supermarket in a dormitory and requires daily purchasing with various vendors. Our main customers would be migrant workers from various country and various nationality.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Must need to work on Weekends and Public holidays
• Must be creative to create various promotional activities such as lucky draw coupon, festive days lucky draw, special discounted promotional event to increase overall sales of the organisation.
• Analyze ways to improve daily operations and work hand in hand with Mangers and Owners and also Vendors.
• Able to solve customers complains anf maintain excellent customer service.
• Able to work independently during the absence of Store Manager.
• Scheduling meetings and keep motivating each and everyone in the team.
• Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customerservice standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

- projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
