Manage HR general roles to support business achievement for countries of south east asia (SEA) countries, mainly at Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam
Responsible for all HR business processes for SEA countries, including but not limited to conducting business workforce planning, talent reviewing, employee relations handling, compensation reviewing, training etc
Responsible for local recruitment tasks, from job posting to people onboarding, and other relevant tasks by working together with APAC CoE team
Support regional HR CoE team to implement HR initiatives both from region and global, including but not limited to talent management, compensation review, etc.
Responsible for local labor law related regulations to ensure the company policies are aligned with local law and adapt to local practice, ensure all policies are most updated.
Responsible for WD people data & processes with high quality standard by working together with HRIS APAC team.
Involving in talent review session with BA managers and regional HR to work together about succession plan in management team.
Working closely with regional HR team to align with regional practice, and HR initiatives.
Other works assigned by line manager.
