At least - 4 years' experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems


Role and Responsibilities
The ITSA provides technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software.

He/She responds, documents and resolves tickets in a timely manner and according to Service Level Agreements, interacts with cross functional teams, understands support requirement, performs ad-hoc root cause analysis, develops checklists for typical problems and defines methods for issue resolution and prevention.


He/She is able to identify interdependencies when analysing problems and developing creative solutions, displays a sound judgement when making decisions and demonstrates initiative when situation calls for action.


Requirements / Qualifications

Provide ITSA Support

  • Provide onsite and remote support for IMH and offsite clinics, willing to travel to multiple sites within Singapore if required.
  • Provide end user support for IT related, including Windows and Mobile OS, Applications, File and Print, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc.), network or drivers issues.
  • Track & document the information required to support the project activities.
  • Communicate and document troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
  • Proactively understand, analyse, research new technical problems and provide resolution.
  • Manage inventory for the project and perform replacement for devices having issues at stipulated periods
  • Assist to manage, guide and educate deskside engineers for necessary troubleshooting
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
