**Project Manager 'Green Desk Business Development" in Singapore

PIC to develop a "green product desk/portfolio" for the Asian team:

  • Everything related to Virtual Carbon Credit trading( VCC ) : role-out, training, promoting VCC in supporting role to Traders, marketing material, research etc
  • Circular economy: support existing Desk in the role out and enhancement of business for products such as slag /secondary Non Ferrous/ additionally other Non Ferrous related scrap etc.
  • Biomass: support and take over all project Management on Biomass such as Wood Pellet discussion/ wood chips / offcut wood trade etc
  • Research, find and develop own "green product" ideas and trends for tangible impact on the PL. Including proposals to Management on business plans and possible hiring of necessary traders (if required). Possibly involve or support such trade personally.

General Project Manager tasks:


  • E.g. take over Project Managememt Office role to followup and support Operating traders during project such as Met Coke Stock and Sale for India. Market research, being counterpart to Germany (Biz development) on contractual and legal questions. Business plan development etc
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with support from tk traders with clients and suppliers (e.g. Long Term Agreements).
  • Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's objectives (compliance etc.).
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Lead Generation on new product ideas and business fields:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, trade trends, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.

Networking:


  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and enhance the company's presence in the market.

Requirements:


  • Project Management experience and skills
  • Understanding of Carbon Credit trading
  • Able to work in teams
  • Cultural awareness
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
