The intern will work with the Human Resource team to develop a comprehensive year-round internship program with the goal of empower interns to learn, develop and make valuable contributions to the organization.

Project Description:
The key projects include:
Designing Year-Round Internship Program:
- Collaborate with HR team to conceptualize and design a yearround internship program that offers meaningful learning experiences and contributes to the development of future talent.
- Develop a structured framework for intern recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation to ensure a holistic and enriching experience for interns.
Talent Development and Engagement:
- Create opportunities for interns to engage with various departments and projects, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and skill development.
- Implement mentorship programs and networking opportunities to support interns' professional growth and integration into the agency's community.
Program Evaluation and Enhancement:
- Establish mechanisms for ongoing program evaluation and feedback collection to continuously improve the internship experience and align it with the agency's strategic objectives.
Key Project Deliverables*:
- Comprehensive yearround internship program proposal and materials.
- Structured framework for intern recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Mechanisms for program evaluation and continuous improvement.
[What we are looking for]
Requirements:
- A proactive individual with a passion for talent development and human capital management.
- Strong research and communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and potential interns effectively.
- Organized and detailoriented with the ability to design and implement structured internship programs.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement new ideas to enhance the internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau and other relevant HR software.
- Available for a minimum of 10 weeks.
- Preferred profile of Interns: Year 2 or 3, Human Resource Management or related field.
