Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, execute and manages the general cleaning, dishwashing and plate collecting process

Monitoring cleaning logistics, supervising other plate collectors and dishwashers

• Develop and manage positive relationships with client
• Attending meetings with clients and gathering feedback from stakeholders
• Review work orders and ensure work assignments are done
• Conduct regular onjobtraining to ensure employees are clear of operations protocol.
• Review to enhance service excellence and other operations matters
• Any other administration/operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis
• Able to train staff to operate machinery with a good knowlege of cleaning chemicals
• Must be able to work long hours on weekens,public holidays and able to work night shift when required
