**POSITION: E-COMMERCE SPECIALISTAs an e-Commerce specialist, your duties will include both an operational role and a brand management role.
1.
Primary Duties :
Operations**- Order Processing: Receiving, verifying, and processing customer orders from various sales channels.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, updating inventory status, and ensuring accurate product availability information.
- Pick and Pack: Selecting products from the warehouse shelves and packaging them securely for shipping.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinating with shipping carriers, generating shipping labels, and arranging the shipment of orders to customers
- Order Tracking: Providing customers with tracking information and updates on the status of their orders.
- Returns Processing: Handling customer returns, issuing refunds or replacements, and updating inventory accordingly.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for damage or defects before shipping to ensure customers receive highquality items.
- Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders or shipments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Documentation Administration: Maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping details.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensuring the warehouse is organized at all times.
2.
Additional Duties :
Brand Management**Manage all product content on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- New product listing management: enhanced content creation and listing maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (brand owner/ graphics) to provide updated promotional content that will be shared across eCommerce platforms.
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing when required.
- Monitor changes in product sales to stay organized, and take required action.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records for sales by channels, marketing spend, and any form of documentation as required by the company;
- Provide monthly sales reporting for all KPIs;
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate stock inventory;
- Troubleshoot and problem solve and customer queries/complaints when necessary;
Job Requirements
- 12 years of relevant experience
preferred; - Prior sales/customer service experience
preferred; - Familiar with social media use for business;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office is a must; with knowledge of Design/Photoshop is a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English/Chinese and Malay
- Weekend roster (12 times/month) for duties is required.
