Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
- Responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership, strategic and confidential information and initiatives
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of both Directors and the office i.e. Coordinate and schedule personal and business calendar appointments, events and errands; communications, travel
- Assist in business operations including client management, commercial proposals, training support and reviewing contracts
- Any other professional requirements as found necessary.
Business Growth:
- Engage in marketing and business development activities, specifically in writing proposals and tender documents. Experience in proposal writing for Gebiz, Ariba, Tenderboard preferred
- Prepare presentations, company and learning assets and communication with current and potential client partners
- Perform any other duties that may be required
Business Foundation:
- Tech hosting for online programs (on rotation basis)
- Must be able to do other tasks when required for the business

- Effective and efficient in administration and operations duties, are super organized and practice confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English, both written and oral. Experience in the areas of writing proposal and tenders and reviewing contracts preferred.
- Meticulous, conscientious, excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in programs such Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft 36
- Effective customer service skills with ability to liaise with and influence a range of diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on weekends (on training days) e.g. Saturday and/or Sunday
Job Types:
Full-time, Fresh graduate, Permanent
Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
