Job Description/ Requirement

ResponsibilitiesLead a team of specialist in the general repair and upgrading of lifts.

Conduct routine inspections of lift systems to identify and address any issues or malfunctionsOverseeing and planning lift testing and maintenance in compliance with statutory requirements.

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of lift systems and prevent downtimeHandle lift and escalator contracts renewal.

RequirementsMin
NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalentAt least 3 to 4 years of hands-on working experience in lift servicing & maintenanceGood organizational with proven supervisory expertiseAbility to handle pressure and work challenging lead timesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAble to start work immediately or within a short notice period
