Customer Service Executive @ Choa Chu Kang - Edvox Music School
Description
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers- Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
- Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fee collection
- Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
- Statistical compilations payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Selfdriven and resourceful
- Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work at "retail hours" including both weekends
relevant experience will be considered for
Senior position.

$2, $3,300.00 per month
