Description

Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers

Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fee collection
Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
Statistical compilations payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
Selfdriven and resourceful
Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work at "retail hours" including both weekends

Those with
relevant experience will be considered for
Senior position.
