Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the medical technology industry. They are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East
- easily accessible.

The Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and administrating tender projects and documentation
  • Coordinating prebooking activities for demos/loaners such as system availability and customer agreements
  • Supporting organization in customer visits to company headquarters and/or reference sites
  • Organizing regional meetings with sales and support, including workshops, roadshows, Area Account Planning etc.
  • Managing customer service inquiries on products, prices, documentation etc.
  • Processing Stock Orders
  • Coordinating order and contract review including documentation with applicable departments such as Sales, Support, Finance, Legal departments
  • Managing customer service inquiries on prices, deliveries, invoices, documentation etc.
  • Managing Accounts Receivables by conducting regular followup and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting responsible Sales with colleagues using Customer Relationship Management

Requirements:


  • Min 2 years experience in sales operations or related function (full order to cash process)
  • SAP or Salesforce experience is an advantage
