Reporting to the Manager, the individual within the finance team will deliver timely and precise reports to relevant stakeholders and support payroll processing within an in-house shared service framework.
Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and punctual payment to all employees, maintaining payroll data integrity including leave records and banking details, updating payroll information such as new hires, resignations, claims, and salary adjustments, reconciling payroll ledgers with the general ledger monthly for financial closure, preparing statutory reports, addressing employee payroll inquiries promptly, and ensuring collaboration with external payroll vendors, particularly those with expertise in USA payroll.
Skills and experience required
A well-spoken individual with experience in handling USA payroll, you are also familiar with USA payroll regulations.
