Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share in Southeast Asia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Analyse market trends and competition to identify areas for growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop highperforming and crosscultural teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognise them for their impact.
  • Be accountable for regional business growth, achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer satisfaction etc.), and accurate forecasting.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluent in English.
