Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share in Southeast Asia.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Analyse market trends and competition to identify areas for growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop highperforming and crosscultural teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognise them for their impact.
- Be accountable for regional business growth, achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer satisfaction etc.), and accurate forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English.
