Description

Founded in Singapore in 2004, Akribis Systems is a motion control company that provides high precision direct drive motors. We construct products for a range of industries including renewable energy, semiconductor, communication, biomedical, robotics or any industry that requires precise motion.

We produce direct drive motors with a high force density and patented coil design that decreases cogging. Our linear and rotary motors also are available with stages that we manufacture ourselves so you can smoothly integrate the motor into your design.

More than simply a manufacturer, we are also innovators. Our deep knowledge of engineering and dedication to the work has resulted in 44 patents, and our research and development into the field of magnetics will only continue to grow our business. Our engineers are able to custom design motors and stages to your specific requirements with you as a co-developer.

Department Overview:

Team name is Reliability & Compliance, primary functions is to Test & Evaluate our Akribis Direct Drive Motor. In collabration with external Test House (TUV Rheinland), this team Test, Advise and Improve our motor product to meet UL / CE certification requirments.

On an adhoc basis, this team is called upon to design Semi/Fully automated desktop machines for our motor manufacturing. In addition, collabration with QA, Motor Manufacturing and Motor design, to improve on the yield and Quality of our Akribis\' Motor Product.

Test Setup & Evaluation of Direct Drive Motor Product for UL/CE certifications.

Liaises with external Test Body (TUV Rhineland)

Mechanical Jig and fixture Design

Design of Test Plans

Assisting Quality Assurance in Product Quality Improvement

Coordinate and prepare Quality Related Test/Evaluation Report for customer

Design of Semi/Fully Automated Robotics machines supporting Motor Manufacturing. Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Master\'s Degree and/or equivalent, preferrably in [Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics] and/or any other relevant course of study.

Applicants without experience but with good learning ability are welcome to apply.

Preferably with minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in any manufacturing environment and/or any other related field/industry is required for this position. Other Information

Skillset(s) Requirement:

Required Knowledge: i.e. Basic motor working fundamental

Required Skill(s): i.e. AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, other 3D CAD software

Preferably Entry / Junior / Senior Level specialized in [Engineering] - [Electrical/Electronics.Mechatronics] or equivalent. Attributes:

Strong team player and adapter to fast paced environment.

Able to handle timeline and/or stresses to work.
