    JR48181 Intern - Process & Equipment Engineer

    Description of project:

    Evaluate Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) Vigus tool electrostatic chuck (ESC) hardware life extension from 9000 to 10000 RF hour for productivity improvement and cost reduction.

    Scope:

    As an intern, this internship programme will provide you the opportunity to

  • To learn on enabling process hardware lifetime extension of the electrostatic chuck to improve productivity and reduce cost under the mentorship of a senior engineer
  • Given the chance to have hands on experience of the Dry Etch TEL Vigus tools through on-the-job trainings
  • Understand the Dry Etch process and its deviation troubleshooting
  • Learn to propose plans and strategies to meet qualification timeline
  • Collaborate with process/equipment engineers and technicians including process characterization, problem solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment.
  • Deliverables:

  • Understanding of Dry Etch Process and TEL Vigus tool overview.
  • ESC lifetime extension from 9000 to 10000 RF hour
  • Course preferred:

  • Chemical / Mechanical / Materials / Electrical & any engineering related courses
  • Internship Period / Duration:

  • Summer (May to Aug 2024) // Min 3 months
