Cover a full spectrum of accounting activities and ensure smooth operations of the Finance department.

Assist in the implementation of SAGE 300 ERP softwareReview all financial and accounting documents, including payment and journal vouchers prepared by the accounting staff.

Preparation of quarterly GST reporting and filing.
Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile sub-ledger balances to general ledger control accounts.
Perform year end closing including preparation of year end schedules.
Monitor, manage and reconcile daily Excel bank balances of the company.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation, and intercompany payments/collections.
Liaise with government agencies on statistical reports.
Annual ECI and Form C submissionMaintain fixed asset register.
Prepare accruals, provisions and prepayments.
Direct supervision of accounting staff.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the director.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts and should preferably in supervisory role.

Able to start work in short notice period is an added advantage.
