    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    We seek for an experienced Chef that have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of local, Asian, and Western cuisines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operational Management:
      1. Ensure the kitchen team meets food cost and production volume targets.
      2. Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
    • Culinary Expertise:
      1. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of local, Asian, and Western cuisines.
      2. Contribute to menu development and culinary innovation.
    • Team Leadership:
      1. Provide guidance and training to staff.
      2. Fostering a high-performance work environment.
    • Production and Timing:
    • 1. Ensure food are cooked on time according to customer orders.
      2. Maintain a smooth workflow to meet service deadlines.
    • Quality and Safety:
      1. Take responsibility for the quality and safety of all food items.
      2. Enforce hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
    • Shift Flexibility:
      1. Able to work in shifts/places to accommodate operational requirements.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 1. Minimum 5 years of experience.
    • 2. In-depth knowledge of local, Asian, and Western cuisines.
    • 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • 4. Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
