- Work with different stakeholders for testing and implementation of new applications/enhancements.
- Support day-to-day running and tracking of performance of the systems
- Support User Administration for systems
- Identify new and evolving revenue leakage scenarios and raise awareness of such activities
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology
- Experience with project management will be an advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with the stakeholders
- Comfortable with handling and testing IT systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work closely as a team

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the usage of Revenue Integrity tools to identify potential fraudulent bookings and reduce revenue leakages. He/She will be part of the Network Revenue Management department, Marketing Planning division of SIA.
