Responsibilities

In charge of all online marketplaces
Silken Website, Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Foodpanda, Fairprice Online
Independent in carrying out daily ecommerce operations printing invoices, packing orders and arranging delivery pickups. This includes local and overseas international orders.
Maintain and coordinate communications with relevant external vendors/agencies/content creators where applicable
Manage engaging content creative and copywriting to retain loyal customers through EDMs, social media accounts and blog post.
Assist in marketing planning, conceptualising & executions of online sales promotions, general sales administrative work and other adhoc duties.
Opportunities for growth and convert to full time if competent in your role.

Requirements:

Singaporean
Able to commit min 6 months
Has basic knowledge about personal care and beauty cosmetics products
Able to work under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision and take ownership of allocated tasks.
Meticulous with an eye for details.
Strong interest in beauty and personal care industry
Basic WordPress knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint.
Knowledge of Video Editing, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe software preferred.
Able to start work immediately is preferred.
