    Full time $80,000 - $150,000 per year Sales
    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Generating leads and opportunities through existing connections, prospecting and events
    • Establishing the Business needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate services/products
    • Managing and maintaining the customer relationship
    • Explaining technical and business information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
    • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
    • Keeping customers informed about new products/ services
    • Compiling proposals and reports (on CRM, and other reports)
    • Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met
    • Reporting to management about sales made
    • Updating records of customer communications and contact information

    Requirements:

    • Experience in Sales and IT industry
    • Proven Experience and Network in one of the following sectors: Retail & FMCG Manufacturing Healthcare FSI Public Other
    • Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is good to have) Superb written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
    • A bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field
