Job Title: Research Expert

A Research Expert is required to coordinate and lead large-scale cohort studies related to mental health disorders in a multidisciplinary environment with diverse learning opportunities.

• Coordinate concurrent research projects, utilizing advanced bioinformatics techniques and statistical analyses of genomic data (whole genome sequence), epigenomic, metabolomic, and transcriptomic data.
• Evaluate and apply appropriate statistical techniques for batch correction, imputation of missing data, testing new hypotheses and developing novel approaches using integrative omics studies.

The successful candidate will work together with the Principal Investigator to achieve project goals. Strong communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work independently or collaboratively with teams from various partner institutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Advanced bioinformatics analysis including quality control of genomic (whole genome sequence), epigenomic, metabolomic, and transcriptomic data; RNA-seq evaluation.
