The Business Development Manager will provide business development support to the director of the company.
He/she is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies, Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
Also to ensure solutions proposed are fitting the customers business needs, to take the lead in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the business goals.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop client acquistion and retention policy to achieve referrals and new businesses
- Build and maintain a good relationship with clients
- Coming up with business plans,and share with them service and solution that can be offered to them
- Responsible for upholding high customer satisfaction level
- Responsible to maintain, develop and grow market share by engaging clients commercially
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at senior management level.
- Ability to act proactively and prioritise work with limited supervision.
- Research and identify markets trends and growth areas.
- Effective leadership and management abilities.
