    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that drive growth, improve productivity, and increase profitability; track performance against these.
    • Oversight and accountability for the delivery on time and spec of the environmental conservation outcomes from our portfolio of projects.
    • Deliver effective systems for annual planning, staff hiring and development, and effective data gathering and use across the company.
    • Work with the Executive and Board to develop, implement, and track annual budgets.
    • Oversee the implementation of the company's Business Plan, including oversight of product delivery. Support the development and implementation of the strategic Plan.
    • Provide staff with a strong and supportive day-to-day leadership presence. Foster cross-functional teamwork, communication, and accountability.
    • Develop and implement improved HR and IT policies, processes and procedures
    • Lead the staff performance review process: inspiring talented individuals and measuring and evaluating progress against targets
    • Innovative and equitable problem solving, always considering, environmental, human, and community implications.

    The Profile

    • 15+ years of executive-level leadership in a relevant business
    • Demonstrable success of senior leadership, driving innovative operational strategy, with an ability to move between strategic adviser and thought partner to the CEO and Executive team, and detailed operations.
    • Successful track record of leading change management processes, both operational and cultural
    • Ability to act as a key influencer in a complex, collaborative environment, actively engaged with peers, and teams with diverse perspectives and expertise.
    • A demonstrable interest, and ideally experience, in environmental conservation and restoration work.
    • Proven record of building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
    • A strong affinity for the mission of the organization
    • Advanced or professional degree
    • Experience leading teams and delivering results in South-East Asia
