[What the role is]

As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]
- facilitating and supporting the conduct of college or industry exams from nomination of exams personnel, scheduling of exams, developing exams papers, deploying online exams, processing of results to post-exam item analysis;
- working with academic staff to develop academic policies, assessment instruments and set up item bank; and
- embarking on digitalisation initiatives to develop and enhance computerised systems and being the advocate for their deployment.

As a member of the assessment fraternity, you will advance the institutional professional capabilities in concepts, principles and techniques to achieve validity, reliability and fairness in assessment.
