    Job Description

  • Plant FMEA driver and SME in coordinating and establishing structured FMEA process
  • Ensure FMEA-VDAs methodology is applied within processes and aligning to IATF requirements
  • Ensuring consistency of PFMEAs and Control Plans
  • Support internal and external audits on FMEA- Control plan
  • Establish FMEA-CP metric and provide periodic performance update
  • Continued monitoring and ensure good health of FMEA as process and product changes
  • Support to implement the Lessons Learned from 8D through the FMEAs
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams to detect and document potential failures. Work with teams on improvement plan to drive BIC MTTD
  • Use of quality management methods and tools during development and production
  • Align Skyworks' FMEA procedure with Corporate Protocol
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership and management

    • Job Requirements

  • Degree in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical/material/chemical).
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in process and FMEA related in semiconductor production environment
  • Min 3 years FMEA experience with FMEA documentation and methodology. Experience with FMEA AIAG VDA 1st edition is added value
  • Certified auditor in ISO 9001:2015 is preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications, Omnex software
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with ability to work cross functionally
