Human Resources Assistant - Singapore - CLEAN SOLUTIONS PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR Manager and team to ensure smooth operation in HR matters
- Process Bimonthly payroll using payroll software
- Act as a supporting role in the HR administrative duties, for example:
- Maintaining employee database in the HRIS & P-filing, etc
- Administer employee leaves and claims
- Work Passes related matters
- Process IRAS tax clearance and government paid leave claims
- Assist to attend to phone calls and other adhoc duties.
Job Requirement:
- No working experience required
- Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
- Possess positive attitude and good adaptability
- Organized & Meticulous
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
- Able to work well in a team, fastpaced environment and under pressure
- Able to handle private and confidential matters at all times
- In Redhill area (Transport provided)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liase with Mandarin speaking associate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
