    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities :

    Equipment maintenance and repair: Regular maintenance and repair of various terminal cranes and machinery to ensure their normal operation and safety.

    Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving crane equipment malfunctions and taking necessary action to repair or replace damaged parts.

    Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan to extend the life of cranes and reduce downtime.

    Safety Management: Terminal crane equipment and working environment comply with safety standards and regulations, and training is provided to promote safety awareness.

    Documentation: Crane equipment maintenance records and related documents, recording maintenance activities and fault reports.

    Emergency Response: Respond to crane equipment malfunctions or other emergencies even midnight and take appropriate steps to resolve the problem.

    Work Coordination: Work with PSA terminal staff and management to coordinate repairs and ensure crane equipment is maintained.

    Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to other employees to ensure they can properly operate and maintain crane equipment.

    Responsible for the crane control system, crane structure, reducer, gantry wheel, motor, etc.

    1. Equipment inspection and maintenance: regular inspection, maintenance of various types of terminal equipment, including cranes, conveyor belts, loading and unloading equipment, etc., to ensure their normal functions and stable performance.

    2. Fault diagnosis and repair: respond to equipment failures in a timely manner, perform fault diagnosis and take repair measures to minimize crane downtime and operation impact.

    3. Parts replacement: replace worn or damaged parts of the equipment as needed, select appropriate replacement parts, and perform installation and commissioning work.

    4. Preventive maintenance: develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan. Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the possibility of unexpected failures.

    5. Safety inspection and compliance: Conduct equipment safety inspections to ensure that the equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements, comply with relevant safety operating procedures, and ensure the safety of operator and equipment.

    6. Maintenance records and reports: record the details of maintenance work, including maintenance content, time and materials used. Prepare maintenance reports and submit to project manager.

    7. Team collaboration: Cooperate with PSA terminal staff and maintenance teams to complete maintenance tasks to ensure the normal operation of terminal equipment and the smooth progress of the operation process.

    8. Training and guidance: Provide equipment operation and maintenance training to new staffs, share experience and skills, and enhance the maintenance ability and efficiency of the service team.

    Requirements :

    1. Polytechnic/College diploma or above in mechanical or electrical major.

    2. Have good technical skills and maintenance experience, especially in PSA or other terminal equipment and machinery.

    3. Be familiar with safe operating procedures and maintenance procedures.

    4. Able to work and solve problems independently and have team spirit.

    5. Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and team.

    6. Necessary qualification certificates or licenses are available.

    7. More than 10 years of PSA or other terminal work experience.

    8. 5.5days work per week.

    9. Work at height and outdoor working environment.

    10. Own transportation.
