    The Role

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    The personnel must be able to carry out but not limited to the following:

    • Modify existing SCORM packages
    • Add new SCORM packages.
    • Integrate issues with NP's LMS system due to updates in LMS and SCORM compliance
    • Creates and provides multimedia rich visual content for e-learning collaterals through videos, web design, animation, virtual reality and gamification
    • Creates and manages templates for SCORM project files to execute complex quiz algorithms
    • Develops and implements project plan & other relevant documentations
    • Produced company standards from basic to advanced multimedia content such motion graphics
    • Communicates management's directions to team and ensures implementation of policies and procedures
    • Leads and advises other developers on techniques and practices of design and eLearning course following Instructional Design principles

    Ideal Profile

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Multimedia Arts & Design or other equivalent technical discipline.
    • At least minimum of 2 years proven working experience with Instructional Design best practices and proven track record of building training content.
    • Understand LMS functionality with ability to troubleshoot and resolves SCORM technical issues.
