Our Client is the next-gen social video platform build for creators trusted by renowned partners across the Entertainment and Blockchain Industry.

Responsibilities

Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features.
Serve as the bridge between the leadership/user experience teams in Singapore and the core technical team in Berlin.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures, utilizing datadriven strategies to influence product decisions.
Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies, features and priorities leading to product execution.
Drive and integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
Define, analyze, and report on metrics that inform the success of products.
Understand RepubliK's strategic and competitive position to deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry without compromise.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above.
At least 7 years working experience in product development and/or management with a proven track record in developing 01 products. Experience in Social media and global working experience is a plus.
Good logical thinking ability, pressure resistance ability, communication and cooperation ability, good at transnational cooperation and goal orientation.
Experience leading a product management team is desirable and the ability to inspire, mentor, and build the team is necessary.
A robust customercentric approach and relevant experience with customerfacing products
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a passion to drive this topic forward
Business sense as well as technical understanding to bridge the gap between both worlds
Strong understanding of the importance of data and the ability to back your decisions with data
Exceptional capabilities in analytical thinking, prioritization of tasks, and a structured way of working
Excellent written and oral communication skills and professional working proficiency in English
Proficiency in management tools such as JIRA, and Clickup
Proficiency in creative tools such as Figma, Miro, and Framer
Proficiency in analytical tools such as GA4, GTM, and Amplitude
Proficiency in store management of AppStore, and PlayStore
