DESIGNATION :
Project Executive, ICT

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, document preparation/filing, records management, etc.
Support the internal teams on procurement matters, and collaborate with Procurement Department to collate and ensure proper documentation within the purchase requisition
Engage Finance Department on all expenses and financial matters such as expense claims, processing of invoices, payments, etc.
Support operating routines including coordinating monthly/quarterly department meetings, collation of management reports etc.
Collaborate with other project managers and project executive on any other office initiatives.
Other Adhoc duties assigned by Management
