Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow

Permanent position
Parramatta / CBD / WFH
Hybrid

Recruiting for a Business Analyst with experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM (INC, PRB, CHG, catalogue), HR case management & relevant modules in ServiceNow.

As a Business Analyst will be working closely with the key business stakeholders and Sprint delivery team.

Working with Multiple stakeholders across different lines of business ex IT, HR, Finance in a Agile Sprint Delivery environment.

Should be able to run/participate the customer council Sessions, Service owner Sessions to capture requirements/Feedback and to transform them to the User stories in JIRA.

Your experience will include:

Experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM (INC, PRB, CHG, catalogue), HR case management & relevant modules in ServiceNow.
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience in large scale programs of work.
Experience with JIRA Agile tool/ Experience in using Visio for documenting process maps, Flow charts etc.
Ability to navigate complex matrixed environment to deliver time critical outcomes.
Ability to run workshops and present key findings to key stakeholders succinctly.
Experience on Microsoft tools Excel(reporting), Word (Documentation skills) and PowerPoint (Presentation skills)
