JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative assistance and support to Operations & Technical Teams
- Maintain and ensure Job Files are updated in Sharepoint
- Follow up with vessels and file the ship reports in Sharepoint
- To assist to key in details for Mariapps
- Any adhoc assignments as required Document control as required Support in tender submission other admin support as directed by Fleet manager
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- High proficient in MS Office, Outlook & have basic knowledge of SAP
- Proactive, independent, resourceful, energetic and persistent
- A pleasant and positive attitude with the ability to work in a team and interact at all levels
- A fast learner and adaptable to rapid changes in the environment
- Preferably 1 year relevant working experience in a similar industry
