    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Coordinate and liaise with staff and external vendors for logistics requests, bump-in setup & bump-out tear-down of event venues for internal (e.g. examinations) & external events
    2. Organise and manage external resources on event setup
    3. Oversee the logistics, and conservancy term contractor to manage daily logistics requirements and ensure they comply and meet the KPIs set out in the contracts
    4. Review quotations and create Work Orders for contractors to carry out the necessary conservancy works in adherence to standard procedures & policies
    5. Plan and manage cleanliness and logistics improvement projects and control budget expenditure
    6. Draft requirements and specifications for Invitation-To-Quote (ITQ) and Invitation-To-Tender (ITT) for conservancy matters
    7. Propose annual Conservancy budget
    8. Prepare and manage lease contracts i.e. canteen stalls, vending machines, cafe, etc.
    9. Work with Asst Manager, Services and Operations to oversee daily school security, horticulture and pest control operations whenever necessary
    10. Any other duties assigned by the School

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Higher NITEC with at least 5 years of relevant Estate management experience or Green Mark Accredited Professional/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
    • Experience or have worked in Sustainability and Green Initiatives work.
    • Proficient in Regulatory Compliance to Workplace Safety & Health Act and/or good understanding of NEA's Environmental Sanitation Regime protocol will be an added advantage
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and good eye for detail
    • Clear and logical thinking
    • Good organisation and time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
    • Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate and professional yet friendly working relationships with staff
    • This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
