    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong initiative to learn and contribute to our HR operations. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while supporting our team in day-to-day activities.

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Compile and analyze HR data to generate insightful reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.
    • Contribute to the consolidation of HR metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

    Process Improvement and Recommendation

    • Collaborate with HR team members to understand existing processes and practices.
    • Provide recommendations for enhancing HR efficiency, effectiveness, and overall employee experience.

    Project Support and Implementation

    • Assist in the execution of HR projects, with a focus on areas such as employee performance management and Learning & Development.
    • Contribute to the mapping of HR work processes, SOP, and support/maintain the HRIS system

    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program, preferably in HR or a related field.
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong initiative to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to planning and organization.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
