Work Location: 15 Crane Road

Working Hours:
Flexible working hours; exact schedule to be discussed during the interview.

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place under the supervision of senior chefs.
Support different kitchen stations as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years proven similar western kitchen experience in wellknown western restaurant.
Strong team collaboration and communications skills.
Felxibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
