About the job:

Support the senior management in acquisitions and sales through strong client engagement.
Support the development of offerings across different risk management practices.
Engage both internal and external stakeholders on awareness on risk topics.
Provide advice on risks topics impacting our clients and develop solutions.
Assist in driving industry initiatives across key risk topics such as Advisory, Investment Suitability, Pricing, Operational Risk.
Management, Risk Culture and Conduct.
Independently drive and monitor activities under a work stream to ensure quality deliverables and timely submissions.
Support in implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget and content.
Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into wellformulated solutions.

About you:

Degree holder in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in the private banking industry.
4+ years of experience in a position in risk management.
Indepth knowledge on three lines of defense framework and its implementation.
Knowledge on different risks and type of controls.
Familiar with regulatory environment of Hong Kong and Singapore.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
Possess entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
