    Roles & Responsibilities

    Store Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Positive Thinking
    • Motivated
    • Well-Organized
    • Customer-Focused
    • Good Problem Solving Skill
    • Communicate well with customers, team members and boss
    • Minimum 3yrs experience in managing outlet
    • Great interest and knowledge of Disney and/or Sanrio Characters

    Jobs Scope:

    • Manage Work-Schedule for All Team members for the Outlet
    • Manage Product display and creativity to showcase the best for customers
    • Manage clients feedback promptly
    • Build rapport and relationship with clients
    • Manage Client Interaction
    • Manage Administrative Matters
    • Monitor and Place Orders from Central Kitchen
    • Manage Payments
    • Manage sales staff and ensure proper training conducted
    • Possess enthusiasm to grow the business and exceed sales target

    Working Hour:

    5 Days Work-Week (44 Hours)

    Office Address: Shopping Malls across Singapore (North-East, North, Centre, West)
